How this program works is there is 2 TIERS

1st Tier -1x a week pain and sleep session Wednesdays $150/Month

2nd Tier-2x a week pain and sleep sessions Wednesdays and Sundays $225/Month

I currently do not accept mainstream health insurance at this time, however most HSA's cover this service.  Check with your insurance.

Accepts Payments through:

Cash, HSA Debit Cards, Credit/Debit Cards, Venmo/PayPal are accepted.

* 3.50% fee for all card processing.  I do not accept Checks or American Express Credit card.
